Class Announcements Advanced PEWe will continue our 5 x 5 workout plan this week. Remember that we will workout Mon/Wed/Fri and use Tues/Thurs as auxiliary lifting or cross fit exercise days.
Please remember to have a pair of athletic shoes, a pair of 6" or 9" gym shorts (red, black or white) and a t-shirt (red, black or white). NO TANK TOPS...sleeveless muscle shirts are okay but no large side openings please.
